Can we please have a short thread of instruction on how to post messages here? Every one of these boards at sites all over the web seem to operate differently. Thanks!

Certainly! First, look for the Title which says: East Coast Swim Club Message Pool. At the far right is a link which says "Register". The first time you want to use the board, you must register. All info must be responded to. An email address is required, but unlike some other boards, you won't have to wait for an email before you post. Once you register you can begin posting right away. But, I suggest, prior to your first post, to open your email, click on the activation link and follow the instructions, as it will not activate you unless you are logged in and when you register, you are given the chance to immediately log in. Then you can receive emails from the club if any emergency or special info needs to be distributed to you. From then on, use the "login" link on the control bar directly under the word "Home", which is under the board Title. Next, click on the topic of your choice. If you are the first to post to that topic, you will use the "new thread" button and fill in the form. If you would like to reply to an existing thread, simply click on the name of that thread and fill in the "Quick Reply" area. Once you have accomplished these tasks once or twice, the rest should not be difficult to figure out. But, if you do have trouble, post a question! I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.
